Andreas Zwipf, lawyer
Andreas Zwipf was born in Munich in 1960. He studied law and applied economics at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.
The stages as a candidate for higher civil service after passing his first state examination were among others the law department of Siemens Corporation in New York, David Paul Solicitors in London and the law department of AUDI AG in Ingolstadt, Germany.
His admission to the bar was in 1989.
Andreas Zwipf is a partner of ZWIPF ROSENHAGEN RECHTSANWÄLTE.
Between 1991 and 1994 he worked as a legal adviser at the Dresden branch of the Treuhandanstalt in the field of the management of shareholdings in addition to his work as a lawyer in Dresden. At that time he was able to get to know many different companies from the city and the area of Dresden and to participate in building them up by order of the Treuhandanstalt as an adviser or manager.
In particular, he handles corporate and immobile law matters and at the same time he acts on behalf of his clients in different functions (partner, manager, member of the supervisory board) assuming entrepreneurial responsibilities.
Looking after the clients´ interests in a responsible way in the field of corporate law does not only include corporate issues relating to e.g. administrative processes and company structuring and conciliation of partners ´controversies, but also the strategic and operational exchange of ideas with the client concerning his enterprise and his entrepreneurial projects.
In the field of building law Andreas Zwipf does not only assist with buying and selling properties, but also with their development in order to create the right to build and to plan specific projects by bringing together investors, developing companies and managers.
