ZWIPF ROSENHAGEN RECHTSANWÄLTE advise companies and public contractors in all matters relating to German and European public procurement law and support their clients in the various stages of a competitive tendering procedure. We advise public contractors in the implementation of the competitive tendering procedure including the drafting of all documents required to this end (e.g. contract notice, award documents and award documentation). We support bidders in the potential formation of a bidding consortium and in drafting the bidding documents. We attend to our clients in bidder meetings and contract negotiations and represent them in allocation review proceedings in public procurement complaint boards and courts as well as in allocation complaints in the European Commission.
